With its perfect location 5 minutes off the southern Yosemite highway, this amazing property is backed up to thousands of untouched acres to its south, east and west. Watch the Red Tailed hawks Soar in the canyons and lounge on the 500 square foot covered veranda while relaxing with your favorite wine. Enjoy this exceptional exclusive gathering place and expansive grounds with 10000 square feet of unrivaled recreation in the pool area. Cabanas, Pergolas, hammocks, huge outdoor dining and bbq area, tent camping area for the kids, bocce court, yard games, and plenty of private space for friends and family with some of the best views in the Sierra Nevada. The Villa also has a huge rec room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, flat screens, lounging area and massive bar. A great selection of yard games insures there is something fun for everybody, we have life size Jinga, deluxe bean bag toss, giant connect 4 and jumbo dice. With its central location it is the perfect hub to relax, explore and enjoy the Yosemite area. The Villa is only 10 minutes from town yet is located in mountains that offer serenity and beauty. The South gate of Yosemite is just 12 miles away with Mariposa Grove of the big trees right there.
