This town homes is ideally situated within walking from the water complex, clubhouse, and golf. This spacious townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room with 2 new sofas, new beds, a fully stocked equipped kitchen, new vinyl flooring on the first floor, washer & dryer, 55 inch smart tv with also cable w/over 150 channels DVD player. There are 5 TVs in the home. A great way to end your evening from the kids. The queen suite on the first floor is great for anyone that has a wheel chair or cannot climb the stairs. There are 2 porta cribs, and 2 hi chairs for the babies. he Master King suite is located on the 2nd floor with the porta crib in the closet and has its own balcony, perfect way to end the evening without the bugs. Most of the homes in this resort do not have the enclosed balcony and patio and are not located close to the clubhouse/golf and water complex.
