ABOUT THE 2BR VILLA:
**Christmas Week - check in Dec 19 to Dec 26 check out - is guaranteed to be Oceanfront & right on Kanapali Beach!!**
Your sanctuary at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas is a spacious two-bedroom villa (1,260 sq. ft.) that offers a gorgeous ocean-front view of the ocean and beach from the furnished private spacious lanai as well as ocean-front views from both of the bedrooms and from the master bathroom. The villa is able to sleep six, as the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have plenty of storage for all of your needs, include a large kitchen pantry. You will enjoy many of the key amenities of home, with signature Westin touches. from new stainless-steel appliances, an HD home entertainment system, washer and dryer, and HDTVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes range with oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware. The two bedrooms each include a king-size Westin Heavenly Bed. The master bedroom connecting bathroom includes a large bathtub, vanity with double sinks, a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a separate full bathroom connected. The villa also includes a dining area, wireless high-speed internet access, in-room safe, blackout-lined drapery.
OPTIONS FOR NON-CHRISTMAS WEEK BOOKING:
Non-Christmas week reservations are not guaranteed to be Oceanfront and may be Resort view or Island view. If you wish to book for any week other than the Christmas week, select the dates requested. I must check for availability for each reservation request that is not during Christmas week. Since I need to check availability with the Westin Villas, there is no guarantee of a booking even though the VRBO calendar may show availability. You should not book any airfare until I have provided a confirmation directly to you from the Westin Villas (not from VRBO). The photos are represetative of the resort, but the views may be different for each Villa since I do not own a specific Villa. If you book during Christmas week the photos are from our Villa for that week, as I own a specific one for Christmas week.
1BR VILLA OPTIONS;
If all you need is a 1BR plesae send an inquiry and the dates requested and I will provide a new quoted rental rate (which will be substantially reduced from the quoted rate) for the 1BR Villa. Since I need to check availability with the Westin Villas for a 1BR Villa, there is no guarantee of a booking even though the VRBO calendar may show availability. You should not book any airfare until I have provided a confirmation directly to you from the Westin Villas (not from VRBO). The photos are represetative of the resort, but the views may be different for each Villa since I do not own a specific 1BR Villa.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The state of Hawaii requires that all rental are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $12-$35/night depending on the size of your unit and is paid directly to the resort. This will be charged by the Westin when you check out.
