Villa Alegria is a luxury villa where up to 9 people can enjoy the Spanish coastal town of Moraira. This luxury villa has three floors. The first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The small living room on the first floor features a double sofa bed. Adjacent to it is a lounge area, an outdoor kitchen, and a garage with a washing machine.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living room with a dining area, a fireplace, the kitchen, a separate restroom, and a large balcony with a dining area. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is also located here.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a large rooftop terrace. This rooftop terrace is furnished with chairs, benches, and a large lounge bed.
The garden features a private pool with 9 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a bar table, a lounge set, and umbrellas. The pool is equipped with a heat pump that can be turned on for a fee. The spacious garden has a large driveway and a garden shed.
Guests have access to the entire villa and garden.
Guests may use the 9 bicycles stored in the villa’s garage. We charge €100 per week for this. Naturally, these must be used with care, and usage is strictly monitored.
