This elegant-contemporary residence boasts 3 bedrooms plus den (king in the ocean view master, 2 full double beds in the mountain view 2nd master, 2 twins or one king in the 3rd bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the 4th den/bedroom), 3 full bathrooms, in-villa laundry room, large outdoor veranda with Viking grill with plenty of outdoor lounging space.

Borrowing from the name "Sandy Surf" the decor is rich with warm seaside tones of blue, gold, sand, light and dark brown, creme, silver and copper. The travertine floors are enhanced by rare imported silk carpets. An abundance of custom throw pillows and floor pillows make the 3 separate sofas a comfortable place to relax and gather as a group of friends or family. The furnishings are an eclectic blend of tropical touches with contemporary and traditional pieces artfully blended to create a welcoming environment for travelers.

- On March 27, 2025, Wailea Beach Villas Resort Management notified us that K308, situated two floor below villa K508, will be undergoing remodel work starting April 21, 2025, and is expected to be completed by November 21, 2025. The scope of work includes: Removal of existing tile, cabinets and plumbing fixtures in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Installation of new cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and new paint. Details regarding dates when the work may be potentially most impactful to other guests will be provided as soon as we have them.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building".
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces.
