Summary: The most frustrating part was checking in. It was a 'no person' type check in. It was not clear how to get access to your room key. The main TV screen says "Tap to get started". Well, tapped the screen and nothing happened. Didn't know there was a second screen hidden around the corner! Had to call 1-800 to get help. He talked about 'doors'. Yes there was the entrance door, private cupboard doors and private door. However, around the corner there were key cubicle doors that looked like some sort of wall hangings. Never experienced this set-up before and was very confusing for first timer experiencing this type of check in. Would be helpful that there would be a better way to instruct people what to do and how system worked.
