Summary: The resort is nice and in a beautiful area. It was jammed with children. The only place in the entire resort we could find that was an adults only area is the pool near the spa which requires a $75 day pass to use. The resort also has a program to opt out of housekeeping and they will donate food to feed a family of four in the local area. Great program and we opted out. Their instructions said to text if you needed additional items such as fresh towels or coffee. We tried to get fresh towels and coffee twice. No towels. No coffee. Disappointing.
