With only 150 meters down to the beautiful Burriana beach and with an enchanting sea view, you can't help but have a dream holiday in this apartment. This newly renovated and beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is located in popular El Capistrano Playa, above Burriana Beach. Wake up every morning to a magical sunrise outside on the 15m2 large terrace while hearing the sea. You will find the pool area 200 meters away, with a shared pool that is open seasonally from April to October (usually closes after the Swedish autumn holiday week 44). There are very beautiful gardens but a lot of stairs in the area and to the beach. An elevator is available from street level.
In the apartment you will find an open floor plan with kitchen and living room and a large and nice bedroom with also a view to the sea. Wifi and TV are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need to cook.
On the days you want to enjoy the beach, there are 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella. Down on the beautiful Burriana beach, it is full of life with its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and small shops. If you come during the summer, you will find fun water activities. Nerja's old town with all its charming streets, restaurants and bars is about a 20-25 minute walk (uphill). Inside the town you will also find the famous Balcon de Europa.
If you want to get away and enjoy each other while you have the sea close by, a magical view and want to experience the beautiful city of Nerja, then Casa Aspengren is a wonderful choice. Free parking on the street, and subject to space in the urbanization's parking garage. During high season, especially August, Nerja is difficult to access by car and it is difficult to find parking. Other seasons normally no problem. A taxi to the Old Town costs about €8. There is a bus stop in the area, 1€ to the center and bus station with buses to Malaga. Transfers to and from the airport can be booked through us.
