Super safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for all occasions and age groups. Fenced in backyard with a patio set and grill for you to enjoy. Also for your fur babies so they can vacation with you. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch and your evenings having dinner on the deck. We are within walking distance from the known and loved Boulineau’s. Boulineau’s offers fresh seafood, fresh pastries and donuts daily, hot bar breakfast, lunch and dinner, fresh salad bar, ice cream bar and a gift shop upstairs! Close to golfing, shopping, fishing, water sports and wineries. Washer, dryer, corn hole, fishing poles, outdoor shower, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas all available for use in or beside of building in back yard. Within 20 minutes of Tanger outlets. There are many gift shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking supplies; blender, pots and pans, Keurig, 4 slice toaster oven, hand mixer, casserole dishes, muffin pan, pizza pan in case you don’t want to eat out every meal. We also have a gas grill on deck with a patio table that seats 4. Smart televisions in all of the bedrooms and living room. Living room has 65 inch 4k smart television and fireplace. Beach towels, extra pillows and blankets provided. All linens provided free of charge to guests. Main bedroom has king bed, television and en suite bathroom. Kids bedroom has bunkbeds that are full over full. Third bedroom has queen bed and a twin bed as well. All rooms have ac units in window. Living room has ac unit as well.
