Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need: ample dishes, toaster, blender, can opener, pots, pans, bowls and waffle maker.
The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with room for more at the breakfast bar. The great room has lots of seating and a 46' flat screen TV with DVD player, cable, and a selection of movies for your enjoyment.
Also located on the main level is a half bath which opens out to the pool area. (Great for when everyone is outside enjoying the pool).
3 Bedrooms are located on the main level, including 2 master bedroom suites. The first master bedroom is spacious with a King size bed, 5pc bathroom, and sliding doors out to the patio. The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a 4pc bathroom. The final bedroom on this floor has a Queen size bed with vaulted ceilings.
On the second floor are 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Alice and friends decorate our first bedroom with 2 twin beds. The next room is for Muggles and Wizards alike. Our Harry Potter room is sure to entertain (2 twins). Our movie themed room has a set of bunk beds with twin on top and full on the bottom. This room has lots of space to hang out or sleep.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.
A Safe is available to store your valuables.
Outside you will find the covered lanai and your own private salt water swimming pool with waterfall spa. The entire pool area is fully screened, allowing your family to enjoy it all hours of the day and evening. The pool can be heated in the colder months (recommended Oct-Apr). For the safety of your family we provide a child safety fence. Whether eating alfresco or lounging by the pool, there is ample patio furniture available for your use.The pool area is very private, with hedging on all sides.
We have a game room for your entertainment. Here you will find a pool table, foosball, and board games. This room also houses the full-sized washer and dryer... no more dirty laundry when you return home!
While staying with us you have access to all the amenities that Windsor Palms offers including a 25 meter salt water pool, hot tub, toddler pool, sundry shop, fitness center, arcade, cinema (playing 3D movies), lit half-basketball, full tennis courts, sand volleyball and family BBQ area. NEW SUMMER 2017 is a splash pad for our younger guests! A Family Tiki Bar is also available at the clubhouse!
