Welcome to the Hidden Pearl! This 4 bedroom/3 bath house was recently-built, has panoramic ocean views, and provides everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. The Hidden Pearl is located in the Bella Vista community and features a shared pool/hot tub. The location provides privacy and a more relaxed feel while still being only 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown Port Aransas, and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The main living area is on the second floor which provides panoramic views of the island and breathtaking sunrises from the front porch and balcony. Inside, you're greeted with an open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is spacious, colorful, and features ample seating and a large smart television to access your favorite streaming services (high-speed wireless internet is provided). It's a great place for your group to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area seats eight and is perfect for a meal, puzzles, or a game night. The adjacent breakfast bar is great for kids and has seating for four. The full kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, a walk-in pantry, a large island, and plenty of space to prepare meals. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, utensils, and small appliances. There is even a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines.
Down the hall are two bedrooms. The first is the primary suite. It has a king bed, a smart television, and a large closet. The attached bath has a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile, a vanity, and a separate water closet for privacy. The kids will love the bunk room next door. It has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed and a smart television. There is plenty of room for games or other activities. This bedroom is served by the hall bath that has a tub/shower combination. Next door is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
On the third floor, you'll find a seating area where you can lose yourself in a good book. To one side is a second bunkroom with another twin over full bunk and trundle and a smart television. On the other side is a large bedroom with a king bed. This bedroom has access to a balcony with stunning ocean views. Both third floor bedroom share a full bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
When you're ready to take a dip, the community pool and hot tub are less than a block away. The pool area overlooks a beautiful pond and features a waterfall, hot tub, and lounge area.
The Hidden Pearl has parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). There is no street parking, but additional parking is available on La Concha Boulevard. Guests do not have access to the first floor garage or storage area. The community does not have direct beach access at this time. However, guests can drive to Beach Access Road #2 and drive to the beach in about 5 minutes.
The Hidden Peal accepts small dogs (under 20 pounds). We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive". If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $100 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
