Welcome to the top floor of North Shore Place #502 in North Forest Beach!
This villa offers a wonderful open floor plan with light hardwood floors throughout, neutral colors and beach décor. As you walk in on the left is a stackable washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do. The dining room is on your right with a table with four seats and a bench seat plus a very coastal chandelier. The fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped, granite topped counter with four stools and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. The living room has a plush, tan sofa, two accent chairs and a 58” TV on top of the console where there is an electric fireplace. A great place to relax after a long day at the beach or pool. The door opens to a covered balcony with ceiling fan, high-top table for four and two lounge chairs. This overlooks Coligny Plaza and offers beautiful distant views of the ocean. You will spend many hours relaxing and enjoying the views here during your stay.
The guest room is off the left of the entrance and has two twin beds, Navy and white décor and a chair. A perfect kids room! The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The master suite is off the living room and offers a king bed, mounted 50” TV, a mounted electric fireplace, and access to the balcony. The master bathroom has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower with bench seat.
A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests also may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining, and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.
