This nicely renovated third floor villa in Seacrest features an open living/dining room with sitting balcony to enjoy views of the ocean and tropical grounds. As you enter the front door there is a ceramic tiled foyer with a set of built-in bookshelves and a small bench seat. Two doors lead from this area. The left one is to the main living area, kitchen, dining area, and a private master bedroom. The right door leads to a private guest suite.
The main area has heart pine flooring throughout. There is an open dining area with table and four chairs. To the left of the dining area is an open kitchen with white custom cabinets, Corian counter-tops, a raised breakfast bar, and white appliances. The living area has a couch that opens to queen sized sleeper sofa, armchair, recliner and a mounted 48" SMART TV. A sliding door leads to the patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful tropical grounds and lagoons.
The master suite has a king size bed, 43" SMART TV and a spacious bath with double vanity sinks, large soak tub, and separate walk-in shower.
Just before entering the main living area there is a door to the right leading to the guest suite with two full size beds. There is an armoire with a 30" flat screen TV. The guest suite has a private door to a full size spacious bath with double vanity, large soak tub, and separate walk-in shower. This bath is also accessible by a separate hall door. There is also a private balcony with nice ocean and tropical grounds views.
