2208 Sea Crest is a tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view villa located on the second floor of the Sea Crest Complex, with coastal touches and colors throughout. From both balconies, located off the living room and master bedroom, guests have a beautiful view of the water gardens, pool and out to the ocean - Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just relaxing in the afternoon with your favorite book!
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the dining area with a table for six and a mirrored accent wall. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hall closet. The dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counters with a breakfast bar for two. A great place for your morning coffee or pre-dinner appetizers or just watching the chef cook up your favorite seafood meal! Beyond the kitchen is the living room which has a blue queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a coastal themed armchair. Plenty of seating in front of the large 55” flat screen TV. The sliding door leads to the covered balcony with two chairs overlooking the ocean.
The master bedroom is to the right of the foyer. It is carpeted, has a king bed, a blue armchair, a walk-in closet, and a mounted 50” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The newly renovated private bathroom has double granite vanities and a tiled walk-in shower with bench seat. The guest bedroom is to the left of the foyer and has two double beds, a chair, and a 32” TV in the armoire. The bathroom is also shared with the hall and has a large soaking tub, double granite topped sinks, and a separate walk-in shower.
