This tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Crest condo on Hilton Head is in the Forest Beach area. Located on the first floor, 2102 Sea Crest has a beautiful view of the water gardens, lush tropical landscaping, and peeks of the ocean. The villa offers tiled floors in the foyer, kitchen, and combined dining/living area, and hardwood floors in the master bedroom. New plank style flooring in the 2 guest bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Crown molding and raised ceilings add to the spacious feel. Great bedroom separation provides guests with plenty of privacy.
Upon entering the villa, there is a master bedroom on the right with a king bed, two accent chairs, a 40” flat screen TV and a large closet. The private bath has beautiful white and gray tiled floors that flow right into the large walk-in shower. The sliding doors lead to a covered deck with a small table and two chairs and overlooks the resort gardens.
To the left of the foyer is one of the two guest rooms. This room has two double beds and shares access to the bathroom with the hall. The bathroom has double vanities, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. In the hall closet is the full size washer and dryer.
The main living area is a large, open floor plan that consists of the living/dining area and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has all the conveniences of home including lots of counter space and a breakfast bar with four barstools. A great place to enjoy a snack while the chef prepares the meal. The glass topped dining table seats six. The living room has three comfortable armchairs, a 50” flat screen TV with DVD, and a fantastic garden view complete with water fountain that will be appreciated by guests. The sliding doors provide access to the covered deck where there is a love seat, coffee table and three chairs. It is perfect for guests to enjoy the afternoon ocean breeze after a fun day at the beach.
Adjacent to the living room is the third bedroom complete with a king bed, accent chair, 32” TV and access to the outside deck. The private bathroom has double vanity, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
