1102 Sea Crest villa is a bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located on the 1st floor of the Sea Crest complex. When entering the villa, to the left off the foyer, is the Master bedroom. It features a king bed, accent chair, a large walk-in closet, 40” mounted TV, and private balcony with a wrought iron bistro table and two chairs that provides views of the lush water gardens. This bedroom has a private bath featuring granite topped double vanities and a walk-in shower.
Off the foyer to the right is the guest bedroom, it has two double beds, an accent chair, 32” TV, walk-in closet, and has a spacious updated bathroom featuring double sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom but has a second door leading to the hallway.
In the hall is the full size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has a feature wall of mirrors, adding to the bright, spacious feel of the room and has a table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and a breakfast bar that seats two. The comfortable living room features a queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge and an accent chair plus a 46" TV with DVD player. The sliding glass door leads to the private, covered balcony overlooking the water gardens. There is a small table that seats two. The dining and living area have hardwood floors throughout and the bedrooms are carpeted.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.

Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
