Conveniently located just 35 minutes to downtown Austin. This spacious 4400 sq ft home can sleep 12 -16 and is perfect for large families! The upper level has a large gourmet kitchen that opens to two dining areas, a living area with fireplace, walls of windows & lakeside deck, a den area with comfortable leather seating and 65 in HD TV, 3 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. Large game room area w. poker/card table, foosball table, & a lake view sitting area with plenty of room for the Deluxe Queen Aero bed. It also features a separate media room with leather seating, and 55 inch Roku.
Upper (Main Level)
Bedroom 1: king size bed (attached private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-shower)
Bedroom 2: queen size bed
Bedroom 3: 4 full sized beds in the bunk room (attached private bathroom with huge shower stall)
Lower Level (can be closed off from main area with stairs leading down to area with door)
Bedroom 4: Media room with room for queen air mattress, smart roku tv, blackout shades
Main area: deluxe queen size futon, 2 twin size futons
Outside offers two spacious decks and a covered patio . One is right off of the kitchen and has a bar height counter with barstools. The attached deck below is connected to the open living room and has a table and 8 + chairs for you to relax in while you enjoy the views! The lower level covered patio has custom corn hole, a gas grill, sofa and 4 chairs and a 75" flat screen smart tv.
