This three room apartment features a bright bedroom, a spacious living room, a pass through room where the kitchen is located, and a bathroom.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm wide) and access to a 12 square meter terrace with a magnificent view of the dome of St. Peter s Basilica in the Vatican, which can also be observed from the bed.
In the living room, you will find two sofas that can be transformed into 130 cm wide sofa beds, providing space for up to six people. A Smart TV and a dining table complete the living room s furnishings.
The kitchen connects the living room to the bedroom but can be easily closed off from both sides with a door. It is equipped with an induction stove, a dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, and the essential ingredients for cooking.
The bathroom features modern and stylish sanitary facilities, including a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
Secure parking on request directly on the private property, which is secured with an automatic gate for 10eur per day. the building is located outside the ZTL (traffic limited zone) and can therefore be reached by car without any problems 1st floor elevator in the building (access 66cm wide) The access road to the main entrance of the building is a bit steep

On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony parties are not allowed only booked persons are allowed to stay in the apartment silence from 22h to 7h on arrival the rental contract must be signed on arrival you have to pay the tourist tax of 6,00 à night à person (exempt children under 10 years old) there is the possibility to park on request on our property for 10 à night to be paid in cash on arrival. The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready
Our apartments are located right at the exit of the San Pietro train station.
Welcome drink and breakfast, WiFi, linen, towels and hair dryer included. A washing machine is in the apartment, but we can also offer laundry service. Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.
